does anybody know how to get hector mode i beat eliwood mode normal and i can't get hector mode

Yeah... what she said.
If you beat Eliwood's route once, then when you start a new game, the option to choose Lyn's route (the tutorial, which then branches off to Hector's or Eliwood's route), Eliwood's route (what you went through the first time after the tutorial), and Hector's route (some of the same levels, others are new... focuses on Hector more).

I think someone mentioned you MUST SAVE after you beat Eliwood's route first then you can get Hector route.
