Huh...Nino can speak with Lloyd in that chapter? Well, never tried that....I have placed Nino next to Linus but no Speak option came up.

Did you have any other character in range of Lloyd?

For some reason, you can talk to Lloyd but not Linus. I have no idea why. And it doesn't do anything anyways. Lloyd will still attack whoever is closest. (Just to be safe, I rescued Nino and took her away, but I'm sure he'll attack her too)

Actually.. if Nino and only Nino was in his range and you had talked to Lloyd, he won't do anything. He doesn't attack Nino. If anyone else is around he will leave the throne and attack him.

(Just to be safe, I rescued Nino and took her away, but I'm sure he'll attack her too) Actually, he doesn't. He isn't willing to kill or hurt Nino. He'll attack the closest person, besides Nino, even if that means he has to leave the throne. If you want to defeat him, I find it easier to have just Nino go up to him. That way, he won't go attack somebody else. By the way, I had Nino promoted by then so she wasn't hurt by his long sword attack.

It was my experience that he killed her... though I only saw it once so many there was some other factor I'm not remembering. I do remember being really disappointed... I was hoping you could recruit him
