A secret shop has stuff that sells stuff like promotion items and and other stuff you won't find in normal shops.

To find them you need a member card (it's gold) and move the character with it over the space where it is.

It's in a theif in chapter 19. You have to steal it from him.

it the chapter you get legato the purple haired theif. look at the corner where there a shop there a stairway that the theif comes out with the card.
