It seems that there really is hope for this game's US release. Fire Emblem is on Nintendo's E3 list. They don't show games in E3 if they're not coming to the US. Take FE6 for example. That game was never shown during E3 before and after the game was released.

This isn't a subtile hint for one of our moderators, who HAPPENS to be going to E3, to check out the FE booth. Nope.

...in germany there is an exhibition called "Games Convention" which is someday in July, hope they are going to show FE8 there too, and i will make screenshots and a full report than of course ^-^

It might be like how custom robo was "at" E3 last year. Ie, its just gonna be a trailer. Check out Nintendos Japanese site soon as this trailer may have actual game footage.

I was expecting a showing at next years E3, wow if it really is there this is quite fast.
As for it being in English, no way.. Especially considering it isn't even finished in Japanese yet. =P

Look at the screens, it's not complete enough.
I doubt it'll do well.

Doubt it'll do well in E3? Why the hell would anybody care if it does well or not in E3? Most of the games there are not complete anyway. For me, E3 has always been about drooling over new games that I know little about. I know I'll sell my soul just to get FE8. I'm more interested in gameplay info and also the new games.
