All of them sell rare weapons. Now if you mean rare as in Brave Sword, Wo Doa, Reinflech, and so on, then you are out of luck. You can get all of the class strength weapons like the horse slayer, armorslayer, and other things like that in the secret shop in four fanged offense.

No I think he means Spear or Surrender Spear in the Japanese version. That is a nice weapon and I don't recall any shops selling one of these.
