The mother must be a full-mamkute (He did stay in Arcadia after all) because Nils and Ninian are half dragon half human. Nergal supplies the human genes.

WHAT ARE YOU GUYS TALKING ABOUT??? Nils and Ninian are "Children of Destiny" not "Nergal's One Night Stand Results". They're full-blooded dragons. The only reason they assumed human form is because Nergal stripped them of their power and their DRAGONSTONES. Just before the "Valorous Roland" mission, you see Nergal transform Ninian back into a dragon. Who knows why, but he did.
