Has anyone here played Zork? Especially Zork 1 and Zork 0, those were some great games. I've never finished that game. Damn. By the way... Super Mario RPG isn't old. Isn't that old. |

Hey I'm only 11, dont make fun of me. Some kids my age are really stupid, one of my friends said that he didnt buy Fe7 because it had bad graphics. I'm not friends with him anymore.

Just because your friends don't share your opinions, on games of all things, doesn't mean that you should stop being friends with them. Caring too much about other peoples opinions on things, which don't affect you in the slightest, is just as bad as the other person's opinions, in my view.

heh, I may be only 12, but when I got to my Aunt's house and get the chance to play NES I pop in Arcanoid, Dragon Warrior, or River City Ransom and play with my brother (who is 23 btw =P sad part is, he's turned into a graphics fanboy ;_;)

XBOX basically has nothing to offer except for some PC ports, and some other titles that can be found on another system.

I hate my high school it sucks. I'm in the "slow class" even though test prove I shouldn't be. I'm just dislexic not a full on grade flunken idiot (like others). I could handel the actulal classes that my freinds have. But no. Also by slow classes i mean the classes for people who can't read or can't sit inm thier seats or can't pay attention. I can read perfectly fine. Colleg level for the love of god.

I'm young but I love old games until I got an N64 in 1999 for Christmas all I played was my Super Nintendo. Really I haven't played my N64 since 8th grade. I'm in 10th now. The system I really love is GameBoy. That same Christmas I got a GBC. Now I've upgraded to GBASP its worth it. The graphics aren't that great but I don't care and I love it. I also have to mention the cheap prices for games. If I cared about graphics so much I would not have brought Namco Musuem my favorite GameBoy game. If I cared so much my third favorite game of all time wouldn't be Final Fantasy 6.
Before I end this post I have to defend GTA. GTA3 and Vice City are great games. GTA3 is a huge step away from GTA2(which I did not enjy much thanks to the controls). These games revolutionized gaming. The first game with a true free roaming realistic enviroment. The games aren't about pointless violence. Take away the violence and it would not be like the Metal Gear Solid(loved MGS 2) or any of those other games people have named because the player can truly interact with the enviroment. Some games just about violence can be fun Street Fight, Dynasty Warriors, and the old Mario games are examples. Mario is violent what do you think it is when he crushes the insides of that poor Koopa with his boot. GTA3 as the first game to show that games like Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic were possible.
GTA3 and Vice City are great games and by not giving them a try all the way through because it gives youthe option of killing people makes you like those ignorant kids that won't touch an NES game.

And I did. Yes these kids need to learn that just cause a games graphics suck don't mean the game it's self suck's. FF7 not terible graphics but they arent good. but it's a good game. |
