I was wondering about Idenn... you can only see her talking with Zephiel...
Can you Unlock her?
Does she have any Battle sprites?
Whats her story?
I want to know anything about her, so if you know something, post it! >.<

You're asking for major spoilers man. If you keep playing the game, you'll learn more about her.
However, if you're not that patient...
***SPOILERS***
She's a dragon. Zephiel rips her heart out and makes her into a Dark Demon Dragon so she can create an army of lesser dragons for him. She's the final boss (so she does have a battle sprite), and if Roy defeats her with the Sword of Seals, she turns good again at the end of the story.
Oh, and you can't unlock her (not by any legitimate means, that is.)

she's the real final boss, you need to get all the legendary weapons to get the last few chapters after killing the king

You were almost right on. Idoun (or Idenn) didn't have here heart ripped out by Zephiel, it was Yan that did the deed.

Basically Zephiel found and summoned Idoun and Yan was the one who brought her under his control by ripping out her heart/soul.
She is the older sister of Fa and I believe is half Light/Holy Dragon. But also the Dark Demon Dragon at the same time.
She is the true last boss of FE6 and is only accessible by completing all 6 Gaiden chapters then bringing all 6 Divine General Weapons plus the Sword of Seals to Ch-22 intact and defeating Zephiel.

No, the Holy Maiden is not a Divine General Weapon, its just a stave which only the head of the Elimine Church can possess AKA Yoder.

yan is a dragon obviouly he won't mind having dragon to take control of the world again...which is also what Zephiel wants...

Yan has a grudge against the humans so he didn't mind helping. Yan was one of the Dragons who survived the scouring and went into hiding. When Zephiel tried to summon the Dark Demon Dragon from Idoun Yan noticed this so obviously he'd come. I mean the humans did drive him from his home.
And Zephiel was the subject of a messed up privated childhood and became a emotionless psychopath because of it.

Yeah I'd be pissed too. Yan didn't come through the dragon gate I assume because the twins locked it.

but they did say that while Eliwood and Hector & Co. were fighting the dragon that some might have gone loose into the world just now. or something like that

Only 3 escaped and Eliwood and co killed all three....
Yan has been around since the time of the scouring in hiding and Idoun can create dragons being a Holy Dragon.

Well this has cetainly been helpful. I cannot read a word of Japanese. Now the Idun/Fa convo at the end of one of those cheat games on the savestate has makes sense.
But you need all the legendary items? I missed the light book! (Stupid Douglas...)
When does it end for me?
