Lachdalan, you seem like the sort of person who is impossibly hard to please; the official artwork I've seen so far is entirely superior to anything Intelligent Systems has produced before. Look at Tiamat, and her beautiful suit of armour, tell me that isn't a thing of beauty.
Of course if you can, then it goes to show how hard it is to please some people.

Lachdalan seems like a really negative person. He doesn't seem to like anything about FE8... The animal people, the main character, the fact that it's on GCN... I think he's complained about a lot of things...

The glass is just half empty on this one for me. I mean I guess I just need to see it animated. I am hard to please I will admit. I think it will be a terrific game, I just don't know if it will be a terrific game in the sense that the past fire emblems were.

Oh yeah do you think Aick's name might get translated into "Ike"? Just wondering. The art looks pretty cool too, though I've yet to see any substantially cool mage girls...

Oh yeah do you think Aick's name might get translated into "Ike"? It can. English's "I" is pronounced as Latin and Japanese's "Ai", after all. |

Tiamat's armor looks somewhat like FE5 Leaf's to me, so I'm not too impressed by it. Her general design isn't that impressive either, IMO.
I like Senerio and that purple haired girl, though. The former looks like a love child of Yurius and a crow, and he looks perfect. The girl....I don't know. Something just strikes me as 'right'.

Damn, I could have sworn Senerio was a girl - the face kind of reminds me of Machyua. And this is coming from a person who wasn't fooled by Lucius (although I was fooled by Mideel for about a year.)

At first I thought Tiamat was the the axe-user under Senerio, the one with a big nose.
But about Tiamat, the armor looks like Leaf's so I have some "problems" to think if Tiamat is a girl or a Lucius-clone-guy..... *drop* But logic wants she's a girl.....
