You don't really need the chart. Once you beat the game, it allows you to view all the support dialog you got and also ones you don't have. So you know who supports who. Of course this huge picture is much better.
OH YEAH! What does the numbers mean gamersara?

The special endings are for the following support pairs, as of the latest updates in Pegasusknight.com....
Eliwood & Lin Eliwood & Ninian Eliwood & Fiora Rowen & Rebecca Marcus & Marinus Rebecca & Will Rebecca & Sain Barthol & Kara Hector & Lin Hector & Florina Hector & Falina Osin & Sera Sera & Elc Matthew & Sera Guy & Priscilla Elc & Nino Elc & Priscilla Priscilla & Heath (formerly translated as Hiss, Bardiche is a romanization goddess) Lin & Florina Lin & Rath Lin & Kent Kent & Fiora Kent & Falina Sain & Fiora Leivan & Lucea (commentary : You get this, and you'll know why L&L yaoi is SO popular) Darts & Falina Ragalt & Isadora Isadora & Hagen Isadora & Lenart Heath & Vyda Hagen & Vyda Nino & Jafar
The numbers present in that huge pic is their starting relationship number and support growth rates, respectively. It's just like FE4. Like Eliwood and Hector starts at 73 and goes up at 3 per turn. You need 81 for C, 161 for B and 241 for A.
Also, the pairing lists is probably a bit incomplete yet. It didn't list Hector/Lin, for example, but I added it because I know it IS there. ^^;;

The left number is what it starts out to be, and the one to the right is the number it goes up by...BTW, though, what is a good way to increase the support number?

You know what I do, I kill everyone except the boss and stand people next to each other for like 10, 20 turn doing nothing to get the support talks.

It's nigh impossible to get the supports for Lenart without doing that, so....yeah. I did it for some +1 pairings, too. Like Matthew and Sera. Or Will and Leivan.

If you haven't beat the game, then Nilus offers Love Fortune Telling Services (just kidding), basically telling you who can have support with who....starting from chapter 22 (Eliwood's route).
