Tri-ace are making an rpg for the gba? Yes we're saved!
Anyhow, I bet Nintendo of Americal will add a bit of script near the start of the game hinting that Eliwood is Roys future father. Something like, "If I had a son I would name him Roy" only not as lame. Or an FAQ in the intruction manual. What we need is a tape like the world of fire emblem tape that came with the fe5 limited edition. But NOA are skanky so that won't happen. Maybe a bonus cartridge. OK shut not Starwolf with your crazy ideas that would double the price.
Wait a sec I just went on NOAs site it told me the game was RP (Rating Pending) maybe IGN just changed the image.
Reading the info that Nintendo gives is useful at times.

I've been wondering what it'll be rated too...
I'm sure it's not officially E yet... either IGN messed with the images or the E was put there to make it look better.
I dunno... but I wouldn't doubt if it did turn out to be E.
And did you E-Mail NOA about it? If so, I'm not sure if you're gonna get a good response...

At least you didn't get NOA's auto reply crap. They don't even look at your e-mail. They just copy and paste the same crap to you over and over again.

i got my response and here it is: Message(#6851-000160-4993\1604993) Hello and thank you for contacting Nintendo, We appreciate your taking the time to email us about the upcoming Fire Emblem game. The box art you saw is correct, this game has been rated E with a descriptor of Violence (Scenes involving aggressive conflict). As for the differences between the Fire Emblem released in Japan, we do not have any information about that. And until the game is released (it has an estimated release date of November 3, 2003), we will not have any other details available than the description below, and the information that we post to www.nintendo.com and in Nintendo Power magazine. Here is the description we have: A traveler has fallen on the Saka Plain in the easternmost realm of Elebe, and an orphaned young woman named Lin comes to the traveler's aid. After she nurses the traveler back to health, the two embark on a journey to hone their respective skills at swordplay and battle strategy. Shortly after their journey begins, Lin must confront an unexpected destiny. She learns she is heir to the throne of the neighboring Rikea and becomes entangled in the struggle for succession. Once this news is known, knights come to serve her while assassins come to take her life. Being a well-schooled military strategist, the traveler she rescued reciprocates by coming to her aid and vowing to return her safely to Rikea, her grandfather's homeland. I hope this information is helpful. Sincerely, Nintendo of America Inc. Sharon Matheny i guess the game is going to be rated E. but she did say that it would have a description of "scenes of aggresive violence". so i guess they wont "cut the game

What aggressive violence? Are they even playing the same game as we are?

What I don't get is why this is rated E while SSBM was rated T... if you ask me, violence in games is classified under two categories: blood and no blood. Both fall under my same category... so why the different ratings? (Isn't it kinda ironic that SSBM has "Mild Violence" in it, and it's a fighting game!?)
Oh yeah... SSBM has Comic Mischief... whatever that means... apparently that was enough to bump up the rating...

You just have to wonder what the hell are those rating guys smoking. When they first started, they rated Mortal Kombat 2 a T rating. Of course you can look up the girl's skirts in SSBM so maybe that warrants a T rating...
