I'm missing some level 10 weapon, 1 lv 4 Orb, some lv 20 items, and I didn't finish Zhang Jiao in Musou mode.
DW4 is Shin Sangoku 3 right?
P.S. I kind of dislike the name Dynasty Warrior...sometimes I thought people are referring to Dragon Warrior.

Yeah, it's Shin Sangoku Musou 3... I know Dynasty Warriors is a bad name, because Shin Sangoku Musou translates out to something else (I forgot what it is).
Yeah, I forgot about my items too... but other than that and the endings, everything's finished.
BTW, who's level 10 weapon(s) do you need?

Fun game. I can't get Jiang Wei, Cao Ren, or Guan Yu's 10th weapons. I do the stuff right, but I just don't get the weapon!

<3 <3 <3 DW4!
*cough* Um, yes. If you hadn't noticed by the sig pic and avatar, I am quite the Dynasty Warriors fangirl.
I'm still missing a lot of level ten weapons, but that's mainly because I tend to use the same characters a lot, rather than work on powering up new people. I'm getting there, though. I tend to use Lu Xun, Zhao Yun, and Jiang Wei a lot.
I'm also still missing some level 20 items and level 4 orbs, but since those are random, there's not much I can do about but play Yi Ling over and over and over. (Yi Ling, in my experience, is the best stage for items...I have better luck there than on any other stage with finding things.) Still need to go get the Elephant Harness, Way of Musou, and Art of War.
I also need to get more endings. I have Shu's first three, Wu's second and third, Lu Bu's second and third, Nanman's first, and everyone else's third.
I love the opening edit, though...so much fun to play with! (I like to make Jiang Wei dance for Zhao Yun. *evil grin*)
I have been having trouble with one thing, though. The Shadow Harness. I follow the instructions found in FAQs right down to the letter, but I never seem to trigger the cut scene with the horses. It's driving me nuts!

I think the cutscene takes a while to come up... Lemme check my sources *leaves for 20 minutes* Well, according to Muni Shinobu (slightly edited)... here it is in nine easy steps! 1) First defeat the 4 enemy generals at the bottom right area 2) Wait for the "Han Sui meet with Cao Cao" event 3) Wait for the Ice Castle gates to open 4) Defeat Yu Jin and Xu Huang 5) Defeat Cao Cao's 2 sub-generals 6) Deplete Cao Cao's soldiers until his moral stars drop to 1 star 7) Wait for the "lots of horses" cutscene 8) Wait for the Han Sui refuse to defect message 9) Precious Item Report at the right side of the bottom right area. You probably know that already, but I hope it helps anyway. All that stuff should be done/happen in order for the most part. If Han Sui defects, you gotta start over. If anything, just try to wait longer. I know it's hard because killing useless soldiers is fun, but that's probably my best tip. Also, unless you're on hard already... try raising the difficulty. I dunno if that'll help, but I think it might. I'm glad to see some dedicated DW4 fans that'll talk to me... some guy I found before said DW4 is boring if you've played all the other ones

Sorry Angry Yam... I didn't mean to ignore you...
Let's see...
Cao Ren... I'm just gonna flat out say that you need two people for this. You cannot let ANY of your gates fall!
Guan Yu's is hard... but make sure ALL allied generals defect (except Guan Ping and Zhou Cang). Also remember to defeat the Wu backup!
Jiang Wei... make sure you get his in Musou Mode.
Other than that... make sure it's on Hard and you follow directions EXACTLY!! I would suggest looking at Muni Shinobu's FAQs on GameFAQs... that's what I used and it seemed to work.
Good luck, and if you have problems... build up people's stats! I always go to Hu Lao Gate on Hard... I dunno why...

That's exactly what I've been doing for the Shadow Harness, but...no dice. My best friend has been having the exact same problem. *sigh* I really want that item...it'd be so perfect to give to Ma Chao.

I did have some troubles getting that horse...
But one key thing is you don't want to kill Cao Ren at the beginning. Skip past him, ignore him, anything.
If other enemies generals ask for a duel, accept and kill them. You need the morale.
In more details...at first you go to the gate and kills Xiahou Yuan, Dian Wei and all the others generals around that area.
Don't kill Cao Ren.
Wait for Han Sui meets Cao Cao cutscene (You should be close to Han Sui by now.)
NOW you kill Xu Huang (Maybe doesn't matter that much, but it was when I kill him the time I got the Shadow Harness. )
Leave the soldiers alone, you might want them to block Han Sui so he doesn't get close to Cao Cao too soon.
Then kill all Cao Cao's sub-generals, including Xu Zhu... (probably a duel, too.) Their morale should be really low now, and Han Sui decided not to side with Cao Cao.
Now you can kill Cao Ren.
Then Ma Chao will launch an attack, now you can just wait....for the horses cutscene and go to that place indicated on the mini-map.

I did all of those . . . Hard difficulty, single player, free AND Musou mode for all of them, but the f*cking game won't give them to me.
Iris, how are the first two endings for Shu. I can never bring myself to wait twenty minutes for each stage.

Ack, forgot to reply to NoBaka there. Sorry.
First two endings...are just like the third ending, with slight differences. Like, one of them will have Yue Ying standing under a tree. Then one will have Jiang Wei standing under a tree. And another will have Zhao Yun under the tree instead.
A couple parts actually change, though. Like, one of the Wu endings has Huang Gai and Zhou Tai in a fishing contest, and another has Gan Ning pushing people into the sea. But it's mostly the same scenes, recycled with new people.
Hey, has anyone else got Nanman ending one? And if so, did you go "WHAT THE HELL" when they started dancing?

Ahh . . . the dancing. That was fun. I have all of the fourth endings. Wei has a number of #4 endings. Cao Ren can either kill the boar or miss it, and either Xu Shu or Dian Wei get the big slab o' meat.
