I only use the Treasure names in my posts, and I prefer them over the old patch names. Boo got Treasure and change the names in the patch accordingly. The names Cuan, Ethlin, Leaf, and Fin appeared in English in Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. I prefer Siglud over Sigurd, Arden over Adan (kana spelling), Midayle over Mideel, Adean over Edin (kana spelling), Ira over Ayra, Rackesis over Lachesis, and Mistolteen over Mistortin. Sigurd is of mythological origin.

Normally I'd try to keep my mouth shut and be nice, but I have to second NoBaka here and say: Shut up. Please. You're saying the same things over and over, Summer has already made it clear that she's not using Treasure names, and you keep delivering old information that is well known to all of us, as if we didn't know already. We are not children (well, I'm not... *grin*). We know FE4. You're not telling us anything we haven't known for a long time.

Anyhow, Summerwolf if you are not using Treasure names does that mean even the politically correct ones are going too?
Leen and Midayle are how they are written in the Kana.
Also calling her Leen will avioid confusion (As you should know Lyn is a character in a Fire Emblem Game coming out in America shortly).
As for the holy weapons I cannot stand Gae Bolg. The First word can easily be took the wrong way. "Oh Cuans Gay as he uses the Gay Bolg" (I'm going on fenetics here). And Bolg sounds odd Borg just seem better.
Gei Borg is my preferance.
As for Ares sword I have always called it Mystolin. I don't care how wrong it is. Maybe we should sign a truce and go along with daemon sword.

Unfortunately, the Mistortin does have a name. I myself am more fond of Mistortin, but I'm basing these off references, so it'll get changed too. Gae Bolg is the same. It's the name of the spear used by Cuchulain.
Leen and Lynn are both legit spellings. I know where you're coming from with the Lyn/Lynn thing, but I'll need the others to vouch in on it, too.
In actuality, Mideel is a more correct spelling than Midayle. I still think it's based on Midir, but it will sound somewhat odd. Still, that's why I told all of you to weigh in on it.

As for those names. i would keep Yuroius and put Yuria. Juila and Julius doesn't seem to fit for me for some reason. And other names i would use myth terms but some of them doesn't sound that good so i can't decide.

You know what translations I like? The ones in English. I don't care what names you use just as long as it's in English. I have no Japanese knowledge at all so I really don't have any useful input. I do like Delmud better.

Which reminds me. Some parts of the script *coughSigurdxDiadoracough* will look quite different from what you're used to in Boo's script. But I didn't just rewrite up anything to make it sounds sweeter. Just its intended meaning is all. =P

Frankly, I tend to prefer the original Boo-patch names, although I'm willing to make an exception for Julius/Julia. After all, the two sounds are more or less identical in German, which is used pretty extensively throughout the Jugdral region. (All those Lazen/Grun/Blau Ritters.) Besides, with all the other mythological references, why leave out the comparison of the Dark Prince with the Dictator for Life of the Roman Republic?

I have no problem with mythological names it's just that I like Barhara better than Valhalla for many reasons. First of all that's what the graphics in the game says and second, Valhalla makes it sound like Sigurd's gonna die... oh wait he is. It just feels odd to call it take.
